Hello lovely people,

There’s something quietly powerful about working alongside other people and that’s what I’d like Studio Hour to be.

Once a month, paid subscribers are invited to join me for a one-hour co-working session. You bring whatever you’re working on: a drawing, some writing, an embroidery, a pile of admin you’ve been avoiding, a creative project that just needs time and attention. I’ll be there too, working on my Substack and chipping away at the first draft of my novel.

No agenda. No performance. Just an hour held open for your work.

Why I’m starting this

When I reimagined this publication and turned it into The Studio in the Margins, I wanted it to feel like a real creative community not just a place where you read about someone else’s practice, but a place where you practice too.

Studio Hour sits alongside Draw Along Hour and our seasonal book club as part of what I’m building for this community: regular, gentle invitations to show up for your creativity, whatever shape that takes for you.

Océane xoxo
